ALICIA ACCIARDI

A long-time Northern New Jersey resident, Alicia is celebrating her 35th year in real estate covering all phases of the business. She holds the highest designation of Realtor as a Broker Associate®. She started in the property management side of the business and quickly learned about real estate sales, single-family resales, multi-family, condominiums, co-ops, and new construction. She currently serves as Team Leader/Business Strategist for Keller Williams Metropolitan in Morristown, New Jersey. From 2011 through 2014 she represented National Resources of Greenwich CT. As a member of their onsite team, she oversaw the conversion of Edgewater's Unilever facility to luxury loft-style condominiums, The Pearl. From 2005 to 2009, she was the Director of Sales on-site for "A" Condominium in Jersey City for the developer, the Athena Group of New York City. This project was one of the most successful new construction projects in recent years. While representing Athena, we transacted almost 250 new sales for over $125 million dollars. Alicia's specialties include residential real estate brokerage, luxury homes, probate, condominiums, coops, and multi-families. Alicia also holds an SRES® designation, which qualifies her to assist seniors in home sales and purchases. Alicia holds a BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University and is fluent in Spanish.
