Weve worked with Alice and her Compass team associates for selling our townhouse, finding our family 2 rental homes and most recently we worked with Tiffany from Alices team to purchase a single family home we love! It was a long, long process (5.5 years from selling to buying again) -- but we finally found the right home, at a price we could afford at the right time thanks to Alice, Tiffany and the Alice Chin Team. They helped us find a great mortgage company, an awesome lawyer, and a great home inspector. They answered all of our questions, they helped us get a home that we love (even though it had multiple offers on it) and they were available whenever we needed them. After talking to a couple agents, we decided to work with Alice. And we made the right choice! Alice and her team are wonderful. Alice was very familiar with the Naperville area and thats what we needed as we were not familiar with the area but were looking to buy a house in the city. She was professional, efficient and patient. She always responded to our questions very quickly, and gave us constructive advice. She was able to give us ballpark of some minor updates we think the house needed when doing a house tour so that we have a better idea what we would likely need to spend after closing the house, allowing us to make a more informed purchase decision. Alice helped us craft a good offer and she got our offer accepted in a highly competitive market. She was very quick to schedule showings and arranged her other team members to help with the showings when shes unavailable. Her team member, Jim and Brooke, helped show us two properties and they were both knowledgeable and very personable. We love that Alice was very quick to handle every bumps we encountered on our home buying journey. Knowing that Alice and her team will be there to take care of things made the whole home searching and buying progress less stressful for us. We cant imagine how much more hair we would be losing due to stress if not for Alice being so reliable and reassuring. Alice and Christina also helped us find good contractors for our home update and repair needs. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. I cannot thank this team enough! We had tried to sell our home a few years back through a completely different real estate company and it was an absolutely miserable experience. It is hard enough to sell when currently living in the home(which we were the first time) , but living in the complete other side of the country (this time) really adds a whole new set of challenges. Never once was I left wondering if they had everything covered. The professionals they recommended were equally as professional. From first conversation to closing day..8 weeks total! One showing the day before it went on the market...6 showings and 4 offers within 48 hours! Yes the market was on our side, but thanks to their well organized process, things moved along very quickly and seamlessly! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in their covered areas!
