We were to buy a more expensive house with very strict HOA rules that will not allow us to achieve what we want just because we liked it. Thankfully Ali was there to put us back on track and look for something that works not just like and keep us in line with our priorities. In addition, Ali helped us throughout the process even after closing (E.g homestead). For each step Ali has a list of tips/tricks he shares to educate you on how to approach things and what to expect next. Ali is not just a real estate agent, he is an MOL and have rentals. That makes more than average agents which was very useful. He knows what he is going and will make you make sure you are taken care of. Finally and the most important thing, Ali was able to save us 12K!! during price negotiation. We paid 0$ in closing cost and all I can say about it, it feels good :) .

He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the house any time we asked for, he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. ZillowVERIFIEDAli is a great real estate agent. Hes very knowledgeable about buying/selling real estate, I would also like to add that he is a good person. I talked to a lot of agents and you can tell some do not care about you only the commission but Ali helped me and my wife change our tire after our tire blew out right after a showing. He made sure we were good and we got our first home not too long after but I would absolutely recommend Ali for your real estate needs.
