I first found Ali on social media and was immediately drawn to her authenticity, fun personality and firsthand knowledge of Tucson. After watching a few of her videos I decided to contact her to help me find, and buy, our home in Gladden Farms. I knew nothing about the area and it didnt matter at all. She knows everything about it and can speak to small detailed things that you cant find on Google. She helped me to understand EVERYTHING about the various areas and neighborhoods I was considering. Her communication was always super prompt and thorough. She was happy to text, call or email and that made things easier for me. ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Ali (buyers agent/military agent in Tucson, AZ) was nothing short of amazing, we have so many great things to say about our experience! Purchasing a home as a first time home buyer, while stationed over seas (16 hour time difference)aEUR| was as intimidating as it sounds! But Ali allowed all that fear go away immediately. We were hooked on Alis engaging personality, attention to detail, and honest communication from our initial video call. Within the first week of communication, Ali took the time out of her work days and weekends to tour multiple homes for us, in various communities. She took videos with commentary so we knew exactly what we were looking at - without actually being there! Her knowledge and experience goes beyond what I can describe here. After finding our dream home, we had concerns that the VA loan would not allow us to occupy the home post 60 days after closing. But Ali fought for us, took the initiative to contact our loan consultant and provided references which would then allow us to move in more than 60 days after closing. Ali and her team did it all! They visited our home while it was being built every 2-3 weeks and provided us with videos and status of the progress every step of the way. They showed up on our behalf for every appointment to include the walk-through, delivery/recordation appointment, and closing. As we finalized our payment and signed for our home remotely, Ali checked up on us constantly! She ensured that everything on our end was good to go to prevent any hiccups while closing. We closed with 6% of purchase price towards closing cost! Throughout the entirety, Ali addressed all of our questions and concerns without hesitation. Her responsiveness, understanding of the local housing market, and great work ethic allowed us to trust her and her team with this huge life decision/purchase!
