Ali was absolutely fantastic to work with! As an active duty service member who was using the VA loan for the first time, she made me feel comfortable with the process. Her knowledge, availability to answer questions and negotiating skills were instrumental in closing a fantastic deal on a fantastic house! She was able to negotiate closing costs for us and overall was a real joy to work with. My family used Ali as our realtor to relocate from OR to AZ a few months ago and I cant say enough great things about our experience! I first found Ali on social media and was immediately drawn to her authenticity, fun personality and firsthand knowledge of Tucson. After watching a few of her videos I decided to contact her to help me find, and buy, our home in Gladden Farms. I knew nothing about the area and it didnt matter at all. She knows everything about it and can speak to small detailed things that you cant find on Google. She helped me to understand EVERYTHING about the various areas and neighborhoods I was considering. Her communication was always super prompt and thorough. She was happy to text, call or email and that made things easier for me. Ali was very patient with me during our 5-6 month home searching/buying process, and she leveraged her knowledgeable team members to jump in when she couldnt be there in person for things like inspections, etc. She helped me to find the ideal home for my family and made the intimidating process seem so easy. Ali was EXCELLENT and we would absolutely recommend her for all of your real estate needs. We bought a house from out of state, so we were extremely meticulous in our process. Ali was patient with our requests, and was always one step ahead. She made our process really easy which cannot be overlooked, because buying a home from out of state can be stressful. Ali made sure we were completely comfortable every step of the way, all the way through closing and then some. If you're a military family, like us, who wants to get a head start on your home buying process, or if you're an AZ native looking for to buy or sell a home, definitely give her a call! She even helped us get our locks changed on our new property, and mailed us our new keys. Sometimes, it's the little things. Five stars, for sure!
