From the 1st phone conversation to signing the final documents, Alfredo was there for us. He answered countless questions including one text sent at 3am that Alfredo responded to within 15 minutes! Alfredo also held our second open house 3 days after emergency surgery! We did not know this until the day of the open house or we would have insisted he reschedule. Alfredo helped us keep things in perspective when we started to become overwhelmed. Alfredo is extremely diplomatic when it comes to negotiations. The sale of our home was very quick with several offers. Alfredo patiently explained the pros and cons of each and guided us through the details of submitting the counter offers. When it came to finding a rental property, we quickly learned that the market had changed since the last time we rented 14 years ago. Alfredo drove all over Orange County with us looking at properties. We submitted our applications through Alfredo and he effectively negotiated a one year lease for us on a great home. When we are ready to purchase another home we will be working with Alfredo again.

Alfredo was a pleasure to work with throughout our search for a home. He was timely in setting up appointments for home viewings, even meeting same-day on short notice when a property was just listed. He was great in painting a realistic picture for us on what offers to give on which homes, what they likely would sale for, and just an overall good job of keeping us informed throughout the offer process. When we shifted our focus from finding a resale home to a new construction, Alfredo was very helpful in finding out remaining inventory, and setting up appointments for us during Covid limitations. When we eventually turned out sights away from buying in Corona/Chino/Ontario area and instead to Coachella Valley area of Palm Springs and Indio, Alfredo did not hesitate to set up appointments and meet us in our hometown area ? even same day at times on short notice as well. Highly recommend Alfredo and his tireless work ethic. If you want someone who will make you feel like they are working for you, and will be transparent throughout the whole process, Alfredo is the way to go.
