We bought a home with him on very short notice and he was incredibly responsive and helpful with all aspects of the transaction from advising us on the specifics of the offer or recommendations for professionals to help with electric, fireplaces, etc. We asked a lot of questions as young homebuyers and he never made us feel dumb and explained things until we got it (which sometimes took a while- ie appraisal gap coverage).
