Alexander H. Monticello, Esq. is a New York State licensed real estate broker and licensed attorney. Although he retains his law license, he is a full time real estate broker (and then some) as owner of Monticello. Alexander is a life long upstate New Yorker and has lived in the Capital Region since 2005. Alexander has consistently sold multi-million dollars in real estate. Monticello sold over $29,000,000 in homes in 2016, and ranked the fastest growing real estate company in the Capital Region (Albany Business Review, 3/17/17 issue). In 2017 Monticello sold over $40,000,000 in homes and again ranked as the fastest growing real estate company in the Capital Region (Albany Business Review, 3/16/18 issue). Most recently the Albany Business Review ranked Monticello as the seventh fastest growing company in the Capital Region among all companies and all industries (Albany Business Review, 6/22/18 issue) with 283.93% growth over the last 3 years.
