I decided I would have Alex sell my Albany home (when the time was right) years ago after having a conversation with him and realized he is very honest, straightforward and clearly had his clients' best interest in mind. (Alex helped a friend who was in senior assisted living sell his house and Alex treated this man with great care and respect.) Fast forward--time to sell my home. Called Alex; he offered a few good suggestions. We put my home on the market early this fall and we just sold it...without a hiccup. Alex is very well-informed, professional, and down to earth.
