I decided I would have Alex sell my Albany home (when the time was right) years ago after having a conversation with him and realized he is very honest, straightforward and clearly had his clients' best interest in mind. (Alex helped a friend who was in senior assisted living sell his house and Alex treated this man with great care and respect.) Fast forward--time to sell my home. Called Alex; he offered a few good suggestions. We put my home on the market early this fall and we just sold it...without a hiccup. Alex is very well-informed, professional, and down to earth. We used Alex to buy our new home and sell our old home. Alex was really helpful during the buying process, extremely knowledgeable and gave great feedback.
