Alex and I worked to confirm it was a seller's market and then list it on the high end of the market. Then helped me close the sale through a complicated contract because the buyer was using a VA loan. I have no idea how Alex can manage text, email & phone to communicate with agents, myself, and others in such a hectic market but he does it without a flaw. If you are buying or selling a home - call Alex first, you can bet I will be calling him again.
