    About Alexa Bradford

    After living in a few different northern Colorado cities before settling in Dacono, I am no stranger to the process of moving across the front range, and I'm eager to share what I've learned with my clients. I am especially excited and prepared to help my residential buyers/sellers, specifically those who are first-time home buyers or those who work as first responders. With a Business and Communication degree from Regis University, I've learned to build healthy, long-lasting relationships through community, personal branding, and trust. These skills have served me well at 8z, where we take special care to ensure that each and every transaction is client-centered and client-focused. Helping clients through a smooth transaction process while building meaningful relationships is what we do best. In addition to having a community-minded business practice, I also consider myself a "runner" with real estate, continually moving forward and progressing. I love to have fellow runners alongside me that are passionate about what they do and continually want to learn. I also consider myself to be a detail-oriented person, and I love to dig into the little things in a deal. When I'm not working, you can find me in the Great Outdoors! We love to take our four fur-children camping, hiking, and off-roading during the summer months. I especially love to paddle-board, whilst soaking up every ounce of sun I can! I also enjoy ending a summer day sitting outside by a campfire, taking in one of our perfect Colorado sunsets.     Alexa was really a joy to work with, she helped us sell our home. Went above her responsibilities as an agent. At the time of selling our home in Thornton, CO we were located in Nebraska and had little time to spend going back and forth. She took on the roll very professionally and sold our home at more then the listed. She kept us informed using email and text messages.     When my wife and I started looking for houses in Colorado we were worried because we didn't know the areas very well or any realtors. After finding Alexa all of our worries went away! She was very knowledgeable, outgoing, and always available to answer our plethora of questions! We had differing schedules most of the time and she was even willing to go to showings and Facetime us instead of us having to take off of work.
