Mr Sverdlik was our realtor who handeled the sale of our home in Huntington Harbor, CA. Since it was a relatively expensive home on the water I had been warned that it's sale would take a long time. Shortly after the home went on the market three other neighbors put their homes up for sale. We were very concerned that there was now serious competition between realtors and their homes vs. ours all on the same block all going for close, similar values.Guess what. Mr. Sverdlik sold our home within 4 weeks and left the competition scratching their heads. Alex handled potential buyers with kid gloves. He was intellectually honest and explained in detail why our home was the best deal on the block and my wife and I believe that his intellect and personality were instrumental in the sale of our home over the other competing homes on the block.
