I got lucky. As a first time buyer, I thought the process would be dreadful. It was the easiest, smoothest transition, and I am thankful I had Alex as my realtor. He walked me through every step from calculating my mortgage, to being so knowledgeable about the every aspect of the home I bought, as well as the inner workings of my home. His experience led me to get the house I wanted for a fantastic price! He was there with inspection, the plumber, the roofer, acquiring every detail for my behalf. He was straight forward about every detail and treated me like he was looking out for his own daughter. I got a great deal, I had an easy home buying experience, I gained a lot of knowledge along the way, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He raised the bar for my expectations of a realtor because I felt like he was truly looking out for my best interest.
