We interviewed 3 brokers to sell our home. Leah and Alex won our hearts because we could see by their presentations and actions that they were a team. The other two brokers gave us a similar market analysis but the one from Leah and Alex was different. The pricing of home was carefully presented to us and backed by detailed comparisons in our specific city and community. Every question that we challenged them on that the other brokers said, they had a clear and concise response. They never wavered from the analysis and showed how the other market comparisons we were shown were not accurate. We signed with them and they presented their specific plan to sell our home. They went to work immediately and implemented their strategy for staging and showings and open houses. They knew exactly where we needed to invest to sell and where we should not invest. They assisted us with every aspect of the plan. The day to day communication was supportive and informative. They were always accessible and when we needed something they were always ready to help us. Selling our home of 20 years was emotional and sometimes stressful.
