When we first contacted her, we thought we knew what we were looking for but she really helped refine our search and helped us find a property that met all of our needs. And she did it quickly!! After we found our property, she walked us through every step of the process and sent us weekly updates to make sure that everything went smoothly. She navigated some pretty frustrating bank issues, keeping us reassured and everything perfectly on track! We are in Denver and Alex was always available to meet people at the property and help us get things done. She has even been available after the closing to help with some work at the property! Oh, and she was 9 months pregnant and delivered during our process and didnt miss a beat! We HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for a place in the CB area!
