Alex Perlman

As Associate Director for Oxford Commercial, Alex's focus in on brokerage, investment, marketing & research for the various Oxford Companies. Prior to joining Oxford, Alex founded The Beet Box, a California inspired food cart located in downtown Ann Arbor, and launched a food cart yard near Michigan's campus called Eat the Hub. He has scaled his grilled cheese business, Cheese Dream, from a food cart into a festival vending business with weekend revenues of over $20k or 3200+ sandwiches. He currently sits on the board of ThinkLocalFirst and has participated in the past on the boards of the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation and Jewish Community Center. Alex is an Ann Arbor native and current University of Michigan student in the Master of Entrepreneurship program at the Ross School of Business. He is an avid kayaker, cyclist, and frisbee player.
