Every house I wanted to look at he arranged a viewing quickly and took the time to show me houses even on holidays. Alex has the perfect balance of being aggressive with the sellers when its warranted, but also being direct with his client. We looked at numerous houses together and he had great insight on the issues to be wary of and bonus features of the homes. He was respectful of my wants for a home and never was discouraging or negative. Alex was proactive and spotted the house I ended up buying the second it went on the market. He was always available and answered every question and addressed every concern.
