Alex WAS AN AMAZING REALTOR!!! He was very professional, timely, communicative, reasonable, honest, creative ... to name a few! Our transaction was a little bit challenging (but that's our business) but we DID it! He actually was the seller AND listing agent and (NOT all of the time when this happens) and always wore the REALTORS(R) hat and did it with ease. It's emotional selling your "baby" and he handled it the best way imaginable!!!
