Yana Galuz along with her partner Alex Galuz were raised in Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley. Currently the couple resides in Hidden Hills with their family and children. Always having a passion for real estate and an eye for art, Yana pursued and earned a degree in Architecture and Design. Shortly after graduating she worked for a model home firm as an assistant designer where she expanded her knowledge in residential real estate, and mastered the emotional psychology that sellers and buyers face during a real estate transaction. Her husband Alex brings a vast repertoire of commercial rehabs, land development and syndication of multi-family units. Together, they soon joined forces to open their own brokerage firm, Crescent Realty and brought 25 years' of combined experience to become the top producing Agents specializing in luxury real estate in Hidden Hills and Calabasas, as well as commercial development in some of the most sought after communities in Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley.
