Aletha helped me to find a house in Raleigh. Coming from abroad, I knew nothing about the housing market in Raleigh. She understood since the beginning my requirements and taste and proposed me a number of opportunities that in the majority of cases were very much in line with my expectations. Simply stated, Aletha Burch is the finest real estate agent I have ever dealth with. She worked with me for over 5 months before I found home I liked. Never once did she try to get me to purchase a home just to get a sale. She actually advised me a number of times not to purchase certain homes because on location, poor resale potential, etc..
