My wife and I have been house hunting since early 2019, and in that time we went through three realtors before we found Katie Fedak. Those realtors basically all did the same thing: send us endless MLS links, barely check in, and then somehow try to convince us to buy places that they liked. Meanwhile we were losing bids left and right and honestly starting to wonder if we were cursed. Then we met Katie. From the very first sit-down, it was a completely different experience. Her lawyer solved an unexpected issue within 48 hours like it was nothing. And her loan officer? Absolute hero. We were less than two weeks from closing when we realized our original lender wasnt giving us the best deal. The sellers refused an extension. I panicked. Katie didnt. She connected us with her lender and we closed at the same time with a noticeably better rate. Five days. I still dont know how they pulled it off. You just cant go wrong with Katie. She fights for you, she protects you, she teaches you, and she somehow makes the entire process feel way less terrifying. After everything we went through, I'm honestly happy to call her a friend. Working with her never felt transactional. It felt like someone was genuinely invested in our future. Looking here at all the reviews about Issey, I was disappointed to find that none of those qualities and strengths described in Zillow reviews worked for me. Despite my repeated attempts to contact by cell or through the Zillow messenger, this person never got back to me and never responded. For me personally, timely feedback/reaction from a professional agent and proper communication is crucial. Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot consider my experience as a positive one.
