The market had tanked, but I retired and needed to move out of state. Alberto found a buyer for my house if I would carry the loan. I knew this would be my only buyer. He kept in touch with me because the house had to be sold again as the buyers moved. He found another buyer...thank goodness! This buyer became difficult by paying late which was hurting my credit. Alberto would visit this buyer and let him know that he was in danger of losing the house. After a year or so, said buyer passed away! Alberto handled everything and got my house sold fast enough that I did not to make any payments NOR did I have to return for the final sale of my house. I could not believe all the help he gave me as this was a very unusual sale. This entire process took a little over 5 years. If I were to return to Santa Fe, I would use Alberto. He's knowledgeable about real estate, the community and knows many people. He was always on my side. I highly recommend Alberto Alcocer.
