both the Oceanpark Development and the improvements to Humiston Park and Sexton Plaza He also took the lead in the successful effort to have beach based shark fishing and chumming stopped on the beaches in the City of Vero Beach Al recently ran for the Vero Beach City Council on a program recommending negotiating with FPL for an offer and evaluating it and all other opportunities prior to making a commitment to sell the city electric utilities without due diligence For vacations Al spends his time as a member of Tony Robbins senior leadership group coaching and volunteering at seminars
