Recently I had a transaction that involved 4 different transactions all happening simultaneously for my clients to move into their new home. There were a lot of steps, lots of communications and negotiations...but it all came together perfectly! My clients sent me a text once they moved in saying how their furniture fits better in this new house, how they had already met their new neighbors, who were great, and that they were so happy!!! Happy clients, throughout the transaction, and especially at the end, makes me happy!
I was a full time elementary teacher who wanted something to do on the nights/ weekends. I kept seeing a sign on Main street that said "Hiring 1 new agent." I decided to be that new agent. Which turns out, was more than 1 new agent. :-)
I have a Master's in Teaching and years of experiences with kids. I used to have to teach kids from different backgrounds, different abilities and different styles. The skills I used as a teacher have transferred into the characteristics I embody as an exemplary Realtor.
