He knew what to do to make it marketable. He hired people to fix the property before it went on the market and after the final inspection. All I had to do was write the checks. He treated my property as his own. He kept me informed about the traffic thru the house and about comparable sales and listings. I highly recommend him.

Hes all over social media and other modes of advertising. Id recommend him. He will get it done. For example, we had to move a thousand miles away before our house sold. It sold in three days by the way. And Alan took care of everything for us, which was a lot of hassle. He got the place cleaned and set up really nice. Had it listed and BOOM. Sold super fast.
