My family and I were planning a move to the Colorado Springs area and we really wanted to buy a house. We could not be there in person to house shop, so getting some good video footage and honest feedback on the properties was extremely important. Tyler quickly scheduled showings that we requested and advised us on the condition of the house and the surrounding area. He was honest and tailored the videos around the specific criteria we gave him for what we were looking for in a home. We ended up deciding later on that with rising interest rates and some other concerns we had that renting was our best option for now. We felt horrible for having sent Tyler to all these locations just to end up not buying but as I said before, he is just a great person. He understood our situation and he also provided contacts and resources to help us find a rental property. I have discovered over the years that finding honest good people is difficult nowadays.
