We needed to leave our two story townhouse and find a one story house in new condition with a pool. It had to be close by so we wouldnt have to change schools. Alain found it and closed the deal for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and a great all around guy to work with.

Alan was the best realtor we have worked with since moving to Florida. The home we sold was to close in three weeks and due to 2 homes falling through, we hadnt found a new home. I saw one on the internet the first day it was advertised, I contacted Zillow and asked for someone to contact me and I got a response from Alan within minutes. He got us in right away to see the home and we made our offer. Alan was very good at working for us and negotiating our offer. The home had an old air conditioner and the pool system was also old. The appliances were older also. Alan brought all of these things to the table in his negotiations. He also had all of the comps to show that owners what the surrounding properties sold for. I believe we got a very good price. I would highly recommend Alan as he is not the kind of person that will try to get you to overpay so he can get a better commission. Ask for him, you wont be sorry.
