Alain Tapiero

Enthusiastic about real estate from an early age, Alain obtained his license in 2004 at just 21 years of age, with a proclivity for real estate investment. Discovering the many facets of this profession, Alain fell in love with it and sought to gain as much information and experience as possible to better serve his clients. Alain completed his Chartered Real Estate Broker and Agency Manager program in 2009, a little later than he earned his bachelor's degree in administration and finance. He joined the Re/Max network in 2012 to offer his clients the best possible visibility. His expertise, analytical skills and network of contacts make him an excellent asset for investors. Alain has several hundreds of transactions to his credit, including a few in excess of $10 million. As a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, having been awarded the Titan's Award and having had the privilege of having been 1st in the monthly rankings of nearly 4,000 Re/Max agents in Quebec, expertise and attention to customer needs are his main focus in order to continue to be at the top of his game. Alain and his family have moved to South Florida in mid 2024 after having earned his Sales Associate License, as well as his Mortgage Loan Originator License, and hopes to continue serving the Florida community with his extensive knowledge of the real estate market and proven negotiation skills.
