Our combined 50+ years of experience in the real estate world equip us to handle any complexities that may arise in the marketing of property and the negotiation and closing of a transaction. Al has sold real estate since the 1970's, in all price ranges up to multi-million dollar homes, founded his own brokerage in Southern CA that he grew to include over 700 agents working for him, and later owned a nationally franchised brokerage in Sun Valley ID where his clients included members of the Forbes 400 and other well-known personalities. This has provided him with a strong grounding in solving any problems and negotiating any issues that can arise in the course of a real estate transaction. Sandy's real estate practice is informed by her education which has included a BBA With Honors in Marketing, a J.D., her experience as an attorney in San Francisco handling corporate and real estate matters, and, more recently, specialized courses in utilizing the Internet for real estate marketing. She also has experience in Sun Valley ID with residential real estate sales and commercial development and investment.
