About Al LaPeter

We have also been ranked as among the Best Realtors in America by Real Trends, a nationally recognized real estate ranking service. Our combined 50+ years of experience in the real estate world equip us to handle any complexities that may arise in the marketing of property and the negotiation and closing of a transaction. Al has sold real estate since the 1970's, in all price ranges up to multi-million dollar homes, founded his own brokerage in Southern CA that he grew to include over 700 agents working for him, and later owned a nationally franchised brokerage in Sun Valley ID where his clients included members of the Forbes 400 and other well-known personalities. This has provided him with a strong grounding in solving any problems and negotiating any issues that can arise in the course of a real estate transaction. Sandy's real estate practice is informed by her education which has included a BBA With Honors in Marketing, a J.D., her experience as an attorney in San Francisco handling corporate and real estate matters, and, more recently, specialized courses in utilizing the Internet for real estate marketing. She also has experience in Sun Valley ID with residential real estate sales and commercial development and investment. We are always available for any questions (phones go off between 9PM and 7AM; feel free to leave a message in the middle of the night and it will be answered first thing in the morning!)) and delight in successfully marketing a home or finding the best home at the best price for our clients.

As a first-time home seller, I was a little anxious going into it. I interviewed various agents and decided to go with Al due to his extensive resume. I'm extremely happy that I did. Al is a consummate professional that is on your side! I've heard many horror stories of selling agents pressuring their clients to reduce their price so that they can sell the house quicker. Al never once did this. Al is also a fantastic communicator, which is extremely important to me. He sends a weekly "Happy Friday" email, in which he gives a status update on your home and/or the overall real estate market. I enjoyed this ongoing communication, as it kept me in the loop of real estate trends and gave me the peace of mind that our slower sales process had nothing to do with our home, but the broader market itself. If you're looking for a true one to one experience with an extremely talented and tenured agent, then look no further - Al is your guy!

I hired Al and Sandy after struggling for months to get any activity in selling my home with another agent. When you first meet Al you cannot help but be impressed with his energy and eagerness to represent your interests. He is very organized and prepared to get the ball rolling on day one.
