Al made the transaction incredible easy. He always has the best information and is always patient when we have a lot of questions. When I compare his listings to others, you can see why his houses sell faster and command a higher dollar. Excellent/effective pictures and inviting verbiage on the listing helped our house go under contract within 24 hours for over asking price. Highly recommended.

Al was a great help to us as we looked for a house to buy. Once we decided on building a home, Al helped us through the process and explained the process to us and was at all our meetings with the builder along the way. Our purchase contract with the builder was not negotiable so there was no negotiation to rate.
