Ryan is amazing to work with. He has a great personality and knowledgeable about the areas and properties he shows. Ryan found us the perfect home for our family and made the process easy while still living in FL. When we wanted to find a big piece of land, Ryan took us around to countless properties. Working Ryan him ended up costing me $500k in equity for my house. Ryan suggested we put my home up for auction, then he and the auctioneer convinced me that I should auction my $2M+ house without a reserve, arguing that having no reserve would attract more bidders and drive the price up to close to market value, likely even more. They sold my house at the auction for $1.2M after doing lousy marketing and giving horrible advice, including treating the property like it was distressed. Ryan is good at presenting himself as being trustworthy, but my experience was very different.
