We were connected with Stephanie through Zillow and she was so helpful and knowledgeable that we stuck with her from our initial browsing, to more intense search and eventually buying. The entire time, she was so helpful, remembering all our details, interests and desires, so much so that it made us feel like we were the only people she was working with (though we knew it wasn't true). We eventually found our dream home and se helped us negotiate after our initial offer fell through. She was with us the entire time all through the process. We hadn't owned a home in a few years and hadn't looked in over a decade and I felt completely secure in the process from her knowledge of homes, the area, the process and more. Assuming the tour didn't work out with their schedule but would have been great if they had gotten back to me if that was the case.

Britt helped me sell my house and find a new place during a divorce - she is very knowledgable and has a great support team at the Advisory, plus got me in touch with an excellent Title Company that took care of everything during the tough emotional time. Britt is straghtforward, will guide you through buying and selling, and will make sure you know your options.
