From start to finish Aimee has gone above and beyond expectations. Doing the little things that really matter. Saving me trips to the property all the time. The best realtor anyone could choose to find a wonderful home to live. Zillow suggested her to us while our realtors in south Florida were very disappointing and careless. She goes above and beyond to guide, help and explain every doubt you may have. We had a short time frame to deal with serious decisions and she helped so much. She is the best. We have a beautiful home because of her.

Aimee is a real estate MACHINE. During our recent home purchase "adventure," my husband and I did everything backwards: we found the house of our dreams and THEN put our own house on the market (a scenario that was completely our own doing). Aimee not only helped guide us in the process, she actually rolled up her sleeves and helped us get things ready for open houses and private showings. She was never too busy to answer a call or a text, talk us through a crisis (both real and imagine ;)) or give us great advice and insight. Also, we truly appreciated that she didn't come into our (former) home and immediately begin making demands that we update this-or-that or drop buckets of money on last-minute upgrades. This low-key approach, for the homeowner, really helped keep our stress levels as low as possible during the selling process. Aimee didn't even stop once we closed - she helped price movers and even rolled her sleeves up AGAIN on moving day. We were truly blessed with a gem when we found Aimee. I cannot recommend her enough, especially for those new to the home buying/selling arena.

Working with Aimee was one of the best realtor experiences I have ever have. She is so on top of everything and did an outstanding job of watching out for our best interests every step of the way. She negotiated a better price than we thought we could get AND negotiated more work on the inspection than we were going to ask for - helping to get important safety items taken care of for our family. She has also continued to make sure everything has been taken care of after the sale, following up with us. Her communication and commitment throughout the process, and after, was second to none. I highly recommend working with Aimee if you need a Realtor - she will be with you in every way, every step of the way. We absolutely love her!!
