Aimee is an extremely competent and thorough realtor. She was exactly the right person for us. We are a military family, currently stationed in CA. We needed a realtor who could help us prepare our home (that was unfortunately quite torn up from renters) for sale without us being around. Aimee was amazing. She quickly and efficiently went about arranging for cleanup, paint, carpet, plumbing, electric, and lawn care. She got bids for us, checked up on work as it was being done, and sent pictures so we could see the process. We always felt she was 100% in our corner and never worried that things might not be done to a quality standard because Aimee kept us in the loop at all times. She helped us to sell our house quickly, even though we put it on the market in a slow time of the year. I would highly recommend Aimee to anyone. She is fantastic.
