Aimee Chilton is a Texan/Austinite/Angelino/OC girl, who grew up in Austin but actually started her career in Real Estate when she was living in California. With a background in Acting, Performing Arts, Sales and Sales Management, Aimee's unique combination of skills and fierce determination drove her to get her Real Estate License. With hard work and dedication (along with some blood sweat and tears), Aimee found success in Real Estate, selling over $30 million in Real Estate in her first 4 years across Texas and California. This includes a cross country move and having two small children: in fact, Aimee wrote/revised two contracts while she was in labor (one with each baby) - there were offer deadlines! Long story short: Aimee won't let anything stop her from getting the job done. Aimee has teamed up with the women at Limestone Realty Group and is beyond thrilled to be helping clients with their investments, purchases and sales in Texas and Southern California.

Our home buying experience was nothing short of colorful and eventful; we had curveballs thrown at us that nobody could have planned for. Aimee is what and who got us through that chaos and helped us get into our dream home. Aimee was incredibly patient with our endless questions, concerns, and rollercoaster of emotions. Aimee was an exceptional realtor for the purchase of our home. She went above and beyond helping us with really sorting through the purchase of a home that was not turn key (by our choice) and needed a lot of work. She made sure to setup having plumbing, electrical, and HVAC specialists to come out to the house on top of the inspection. So that we really knew what we were looking at as far as financial investment post home purchase. We are so appreciative of Aimee and all of her help and will absolutely use her for any future real estate purchases.

You can't even imagine the mess that we got Aimee into when we decided on our home. The seller/seller's agent was an absolute nightmare and Aimee worked with us and fought for and with us with dignity and grace that I myself wouldn't have been able to, and frankly, didn't, muster. Aimee knows what she is doing. There's no question about that. But knowing what you are doing and being able to do it in a way that is meaningful and delightful, that's a whole different thing. Aimee is one of those people that you can't imagine anyone not getting along with. She's friendly, passionate, and makes your goals her goals. But she can also be tough, with you when you need to be brought back to reality, and with realtors representing other parties in the transaction. She also has connections with professionals to get you answers you need quickly - like her husband that is a lender, or the real estate attorney that consulted with us about the nightmare seller's agent we dealt with. She's everything that you could want in a realtor, responsive, intelligent, compassionate, and a visionary. Being able to talk to you about what life will look like in a home while you tour it. Even if that vision isn't ideal, because she's honest and wants to be sure that the home you choose is the home you are meant to be in. If ever I need a realtor again for any transaction, Aimee will be my first and only call.

Aimee is amazing! She is beyond patient and extremely responsive. I had so many questions. Changed my mind about my process so many times since I was moving from one state to another. She was great about picking homes that were within my budget and what I was looking for in a home. Once I arrived she organized my house hunting quickly as I was on a strict buying time frame. During my house hunting, if I saw something along the way she was able to quickly get a response on availability and appts the same day. I made a decision on one fairly quickly, but she encouraged me to still see my other picked homes to reaffirm for myself that I was comfortable with my choice. I appreciated that so I wouldn't be asking myself later "What if". She was able to achieve a 21-day close for me. Aimee is a one-of-a-kind realtor. She really does have her client's best interests at heart, she worked really hard for me, and I was not left with any surprises in the end. She continued to check in and answered some final questions I had even after the close of my home. I highly recommend her!
