She went above and beyond to let us know feedback from open houses and potential buyers. She sent us video and photos of the house, including before and after photos of the services we needed to complete prior to listing our house (pool cleaning, etc). She was a reliable point person for us to coordinate the arrival of repair and cleaning companies, and was attentive and easy to reach on day one all the way through to our closing. We knew she was doing everything possible to ensure a successful sale -- including having the photographer take an second round of photos of the home after our tenants moved out to make sure our listing was as accurate as possible.
