Lea was an absolute God-send for my family. Having to sell a home outside of the state you live in comes with inherent challenges, and Lea was ready to roll up her sleeves and do what she could to help us get our late-fathers house sold. Let me just tell you a story about Lea. My father was her neighbor and he decided to list his home with her. They put it on the market and received an offer. When she figured out that he was selling his home to be able to send money to online scammers, SHE took his house off the market and told him she wouldn't sell it. She helped get police involved and saved my dad from making the worst decision of his life! She kept in touch with him after that, checking in on him every so often. When my father passed, my siblings and I felt it was only right that she be the one to list it. She was so kind and compassionate. She was spot on in her knowledge about what the home was worth and how long it would take to sell it. She even helped negotiate selling some of the home furnishings outside of escrow! She paid for the photographer and a gardener to come clean the neglected yard up. After we emptied his home, she reassured us that she would be there to move trash bins and take care of remaining items. She is a great business woman and an even greater human. We love Lea!!!

Wow!
