Afshin Termechi was very communicative from the moment I was interested in renting the specific apartment. He always followed up on my emails, texted back or called me within the hour whenever he had updates or I had a question. He is very knowledgeable, organized in his work and very reliable. Whatever questions you have, he will answer or find you an answer very quickly. It was a pleasure working with him and his team!

Because of afshin Termechi and the ADA team, my and my mom 10 years later are still so satisfied with our home and our property. Afshin is always professional and helped us at all cost. He didn't want us to be upset because we could never find a home, but as always he pulled through for my mother and I and can't thank him enough. Mr. Termechi work ethics are like no others. When he takes care of you, he really means it. Anything you need I would suggest him first when it comes to buying and selling properties.
