Excellent work, promoted the property fully, got a good offer in relatively quickly

I have been in the banking and finance business for over 35 years. When I decided to sell my property; I researched the local market and found Adrianna to be an Exceptional Realtor. Moreover, when I placed my initial call to her; she agreed to look at my property within a couple of hours. Very impressive! To that end, she did a market analysis and priced the unit the next day. Moreover, the property was then listed on the market; and I got cash offer at the listing price in two days. Adrianna did a wonderful job staging the property and I am sure that helped me get the quick sale. Finally, I highly recommend Adrianna and do so without any reservations.

Horrible! She over promised and under delivered! Initially actively involved but then dropped out! I pretty much sold my own condo by word of mouth. Her only advice was to keep lowering the price and lowering the price. If my condo hadnt sold by the time my contract was up I was going to go with another realtor. She was off the grid when I finally got my only offer and there was no one as back up! She was not there at closing. She just wasnt there and truly terrible! I hate having to give her one star!

I'm Sorry to say I would not give her even a 1 star. She was a dual realtor and was all about the buyer instead of the seller. Dont ever use a dual realtor

Adrianna did not seem to hussle to bring in potential buyers. In 5 months we had 3 visitors to our home. Adrianna kept sending out computer generated emails that showed thousands of views online of our home, but none of them ever came to our home, while others in the area were selling. In addition, she had us sign up with a legal firm that was incompetent. I suspected that it was associated with her office. They even mispelled my name on documents we were supposed to sign. In the end, our home, which was lovely and only 7 years old, sold at 52,000. less than the original price that she said we should ask, and that was 21,000 less than the posted value of the home at the time of selling.
