Words cannot even begin to accurately describe just how amazing Adriane is, and how much she played a pivotal role in changing my life, and I mean that with zero hyperbole. I am the first person in my family in two generations to buy a home, and I never thought I'd be able to afford one, let alone one as nice as the one Adriane found for me. She made the entire home buying process one of the easiest things I have ever done. She is extremely knowledgeable and does a fantastic job at explaining everything in a way that makes sense even to a layman like myself, and at no point did I ever feel confused or unsure about any step of the process. She took care of pretty much everything, and anything outside of her purview, she had stellar recommendations that worked out wonderfully. Of the houses I chose to look at for our first day of scouting, Adriane chose one wild card she thought I might like, and much to my amazement she absolutely hit the nail on the head. It was perfect for me, ticked almost all of my boxes (and then some), and was even under my budget. We submitted our offer which was immediately accepted. After the inspection came back with a few anticipated issues, she successfully negotiated to have the seller get thousands of dollars of repairs done. Even on the day of closing during our final walk-through, we found the washing machine had started leaking and she successfully negotiated a brand new washer before we even left for the title agency office. I don't think there was a single thing I requested that she could not obtain. But she didn't just stop there; she then proceeded to help two of my closest friends buy an amazing home, then my sister and brother-in-law as well, all in the span of about a month. Even outside of our business partnership, she took time to help my sister and I with a dispute regarding our previous landlord, something that had zero bearing on my home purchase, but that she assisted with anyway purely out of kindness and a desire to help. As a rule, I have an innate distrust of anyone who works in the housing industry, especially those who work on commission, but Adriane went above and beyond. Even though I am by no means a rich client who she would make a fat commission from, she still treated me with nothing but the utmost respect and dedication. She worked day and night, weekdays and weekends, and was always there when I needed her. She has earned not only my trust, but my complete and total respect. This review is by no means exhaustive; if I sat here and detailed every amazing thing Adriane has done (and continues to do) for me and my family, it would exceed the review word limit tenfold. So I will simply summarize it as this; For as long as she is a realtor, she will always be the sole realtor for me, my family, my friends, and anyone who I can ever recommend a realtor to. A humble commission and a positive review doesn't even begin to repay the kindness, dedication, and hard work she has shown me, but its by far the absolute least I can do. If you're looking for a realtor, either buying or selling, hands down you will not find any better than Adriane, and I would stake my entire new house on that. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything Adriane!

Adriane helped us so much selling our old home while simultaneously buying a new home. Adriane was fantastic to work with! She was able to help us navigate this wild market with ease. There was no question too big or too small for her to answer. She had us visit houses even before we were ready to make an offer, so that we knew exactly what we were looking for. Had we not done that, then I think we could have jumped into something we werent as excited about due to how quick houses were flying off the market.
