Adriana Cook helped my husband and I purchase our current home after we'd been in our starter home for 15 years. On our way to the first showing, she unfortunately had a flat tire but quickly coordinated a way for us to still see the home. Adriana is knowledgeable & attentive with excellent negotiation skills. We were able to sell our home at the exact price we wanted. She also helped us find and purchase our new home which was a short sale. Since short sales can be tricky it was nice to have a seasoned pro by our side.
