My wife and I are first time home buyers, thus our familiarity with the steps in the home buying process was almost non existent. When offer time came around, he worked hard behind the scenes with the listing agents and the lender to ensure everything was in place, and that our family's needs were met or exceeded in the home that we purchased. Simply put, Adrian did an excellent job as a realtor, and without his work, we likely wouldn't have been to land a house in Alameda. My two girls of 9 and 13 years are appreciative too, as now they finally get their own bedrooms. Score.
