We have sold and purchased many homes over the years and Dave Archuletta is by far the best agent we have ever had. This is the first real estate transaction where we felt confident that our agent was capable of being a strong advocate and negotiator on our behalf. There are a lot of agents out there who are successful when the market is very strong, but when there are challenges with the transaction or the market is changing, you want to make sure that the agent you have has the experience to get through any obstacles. Dave and his team are amazing. Our home was staged, marketed and photographed beautifully and as a result, it sold on our first open house and closed two weeks later. This was not a transaction during the summer when everything was selling, we sold in January when things were showing signs of slowing down a bit. In addition to staging and marketing, Dave gave us recommendations for an awesome cleaning team, window cleaner, painter and handyman and we utilized every one of his recommendations and had amazing service from each one of them. Dave is a kind, family man who cares about his clients. He lives among many of his former clients which says a lot for his work ethic as he has made friends with many of them. We highly recommend the Archuletta team and we are grateful for his help, professionalism, patience, knowledge and kindness in selling our home. Dave is confident in his ability to get the job done and when he says he can sell your home, you can believe him.
