We used Adrian to buy our new house and sell our old house. In buying, we had him driving all over the countryside, as we wanted a house with property in the mountains. He was very responsive to find out what we needed to know, like what kind of well was on the property, and whether there were any HOAs. When we put our old house on the market just before Christmas, there wasnt much movement. But, Adrian kept after it, and when we re-listed after the holidays, we had 3 offers on the 2nd day.
