ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian had a great targeted flyer that included my home details. I saved this for the time when we were ready to sell my Mom's and Grandparents original home, which was built in 1920. He responded immediately to my calls and made an appointment to meet me at my office in DT Los Angeles. He explained the process and gave us a good understanding of our homes expected value. We were pleased to learn it was worth more than expected because of the location and Craftsman style of the home. He found several interested potential buyers and we were pleased with the level of interest that he generated. Appointments were set up quickly and we soon had a couple of offers. We listed it at $599K and received an offer for $580K that we accepted. The young couple pulled out when the home condition inspection revealed foundation damage on top of the old roof and old appliances that were in working order. Adrian used his contacts to locaate another investor/buyer that offered us $530K and would make all of the repairs. We accepted this offer and were very pleased that is was a cash deal and 14 day escrow. All went smooth and it closed early. Adrian kept me informed at every step. He was patient with my questions and my wife's input. He made her feel included in the deal even with the house in my name. Adrian help to recommend and initiate the 1031 Excahnge process for us. This was very helful and convienient for us as I am very busy with my work. Funding went thru very quickly. Adian was caring and helped us through the entire process. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone I know well. Very professional and responsive. I know he will continue to be successful.
