Not All Agent - Broker work the same !! After having my place listed with a different broker for 6 month and losing two escrows .. I got a phone call from Riley, And I'm glad I did . He advertised my place professionally . ( Not the basic advertising with poor online photos, drone, video and staging that other agents do ). He also work around the clock and was available with great communication. Riley is Great in communication , Social Media and professional advertisement , Which is Super important in today market and high interest rate ! (He also put up with my stress / temper . Which was unnecessary from my side / apology ..:). I appreciate the great work that he did , My place felt out of escrow twice and was on the market for 6 long months.
