We could not have asked for a better realtor in selling our home than Adam. I met Adam through a referral when looking to buy and loved his communication style - honest information without being pushy - so I asked him to sell our house. He was great at the basics like the photos, staging and open house but more importantly, he gave us excellent advice throughout the process. He listened to our needs, gave valuable ideas on what we needed to do before we listed, and helped us negotiate an excellent sale. He understands the area and keeps up with market issues and trends. He communicated everything that was happening in the process in a timely manner, even when he was not getting a response from our buyers out of town lender. Adam was wonderful. We were going through a lot within the last the last three months after getting back from vacation. One day later we find out my wife?s father passed away, within the week of our hellacious trip in Mississippi to bury my father-in-law, we get the news that we are gonna be evicted from our rental we?ve had for the last five years. It had changed hands many times but they wanted to do do upgrades and so on so they can raise the price. So we were dealing with finding a new home and laying her father to rest. And went through yes I mean it! 4 realtors. The first one I?ve had seem like she didn?t care about helping nor had any knowledge or even giving us options of homes out there! The second one was my Cousin and just like first one he pretty much ghosted me wasn?t showing me what was out there and barely reached out to me, Then we worked a newcomer he was a nice pleasant experience but he had no knowledge on certain terms and conditions. There was a house we really wanted he didn?t explain to us what an escalation clause was so we lost it and was frustrated then came along Adam Zettle he was recommended to me by Tiffany and to be honest Adam is a go getter he was always on us everyday with strong communication and compassion for his clients. We also dealt with a other death my mother-in-law. he knew our situation we needed a house so we went to a few locations we seen one that we loved and it became our home. He explained everything to us what escalation clause was? Had very good knowledge and had a great team and network of amazing people to work with. I couldn?t believe we closed so quickly.
