We listed our home on Zillow as For Sale By Owner and clearly stated aEURoeno realtors please.aEUR? Just a few days later, we began receiving unsolicited texts from Rylee, a member of the "Silka Team" trying to sell herself. She acknowledged seeing our "no realtors please" and continued messaging us anyway begging for a meeting. When I asked her to stop, she responded with a sarcastic remark and made a rude, dismissive comment about our asking price. I have screenshots of the entire exchange but unfortunately have no way to attach them here. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful - exactly why we chose not to work with an agent in the first place. And after this experience, well never work with Century 21.
