ZillowVERIFIEDExtremely disappointed. Little communication and poor communication when I actually got it. I had 3 showings in 60 days, with only 1 being after the first 4 days. I had to ask after several weeks of no communication if I should lower the price and his response was aEURoein my professional opinion, yesaEUR? obviously I'm asking your professional opinion and why wasnt this communicated earlier? I asked him to send a contingent offer contract, he said not needed, I'm talking with the agent to see if client is interested, I asked if he talked about the price, he said it was irrelevant right now. If someone came up to me and made a verbal contingent offer, I would say no too. I ended my contract with him and a week after I did it I had to threaten to remove the lockbox myself and throw it away to get him to come pick it up. This is several days after I already told him I had removed the key. He gave me the code less than a week after I listed my place after I asked him to move the lockbox as I was rather annoyed with the placement when I was coming and going since it kept getting stuck in door. He gave me the code so fast I can only assume he uses the same code for every lockbox which did not make me feel safe. I'm re listing with a new agent and so far everything this new agent has done has made me realize what a red flag Adam was.
