I needed to sell my childhood home that I hadnt lived in for 25 years. I live about 2.5 hours away now. My friend and realtor down here recommended Adam to me. Its safe to say that I liked Adam from the beginning. He met me at my parents house and did a walk-through with me. He suggested some improvements that could be made and told me he would run some comps. The next time I was up there, he met me again to show me the comps. The comps were lower than I expected but I vowed to make the place look nice for a 38-year-old home. We made a lot of improvements inside and out. We got $45k more than the original amount that he showed me! Adam was very straight-forward with the process. He and his team made this difficult time very easy for us.
