Adam is a great realtor! He helped me get the perfect home for me. He is very knowledgeable and very considerate. I had been looking for a home for over a year with my previous realtor with no luck. Offers were getting rejected left and right and I didnt feel comfortable talking to my previous realtor. A friend of mine recommended I find a different realtor for my home buying needs. That is when she referred me to Adam Martinez. From day one, Adam was very professional and helpful in the home buying process as this was my first time purchasing a home. He was always honest and I felt very comfortable talking to him about my wants and needs when it came to purchasing a home. He really cared about what I wanted and never tried to pressure me into putting in an offer on a home I didnt like. Adam was able to make it all possible and yesterday I closed on a beautiful home in just 34 days from the day my offer was accepted and went under contract. I'm officially a homeowner thanks to Adam!
