I trusted Scott with my first home purchase and he did a phenomenal job. I was pregnant at the time but his ability to navigate the world of real estate kept my pregnancy hormones from flaring up and he helped us close on our dream home with ease. Most recently, when my mom decided to move from Tucson to Phoenix, I knew there was only one person I could count on to help me find the most perfect house for the woman that matters most! My mom is a 77 year old widow who never dealt with buying a house on her own before. She always had my step dad for that. Scott was so patient with her, explaining each step in very simple terms with total kindness and understanding. We initially put an offer on two homes: next door (first choice due to proximity) and down the road (backup choice but the actual favorite). Scott understood how stressed my mom felt and did the work for two offers without batting an eye. Long story short: the house down the road initially had an offer in before ours that they accepted - we would be the backup offer (but then next door accepted our offer), so we formally withdrew our backup for the house down the road. Scott was honest with that realtor and they completely understood our situation with my mom loving that house but really wanting to be next door and having an accepted offer for that. Because Scott was honest, timely, and respectful, they told him theyd stay in contact if anything changed. We ultimately decided to walk away from the house next door during inspection. Concurrently the deal down the road was falling through. It was only due to Scotts professionalism and consistency that we were able to secure that property. Buying a house is stressful. Period. But having someone like Scott on your side eases that stress. He answered calls in the evening, hed respond to texts late at night. He educated my mom during inspection and why certain things were important. I recently found out that he had some of his own life stuff going on during this process but at the time he never mentioned anything, nor did he let that impact his work. He is so hardworking for his clients. Having him in your corner takes the pressure off. He is honest, kind, compassionate, and truly cares. You can feel that coming through every step of the way. Scott doesnt treat you like a deal or a paycheck. He treats you like his own family. He goes to bat for you and puts your best interest first and foremost. For that reason, hes my guy! If theres any future house purchases hes the only person Ill be calling.
